Estimates

Project timelines and results are estimates only and may vary depending on client responsiveness and third-party platforms.

Payments

Invoices are due according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may delay project completion or result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, clients receive ownership of completed website content after payment has been made in full.

High Level Systems retains ownership of proprietary software, systems, templates, automation frameworks, and internal methodologies.

Limitation of Liability

High Level Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party providers including Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, Stripe, OpenAI, and others. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes made by those providers.
